NASDAQ OMX BX, Inc. Seeks Approval for New Futures Rule

NASDAQ OMX BX, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to add the CBOE Volatility Index Futures to the definition of a futures reference asset, effective immediately.
