NHTSA Receives Petition for Eligibility of Non-Compliant East Lancs Buses for Importation

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has accepted a petition from a company to allow the importation of model year 2000 East Lancs Lolyne double decker buses mounted on Volvo B7L chassis into the US, as they meet or can be modified to meet federal safety standards.
