FINRA Filing Proposed Rule Change to Allow Arbitrators to Refer Cases Mid-Case

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has filed a proposed rule change to amend the codes of arbitration procedure, allowing arbitrators to make mid-case referrals to other arbitrators or courts.
