NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming Ferrari 612 Scagletti Cars

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has accepted a petition from Ferrari to allow the importation of nonconforming model year 2006 Ferrari 612 Scagletti passenger cars manufactured before September 1, 2006, as they are substantially similar to U.S.-certified versions and can be modified to meet safety standards.
