Nitto Tire U.S.A, Inc. Receives Petition for Decision on Noncompliance with Tire Safety Standard

Nitto Tire U.S.A., Inc. has acknowledged that some of its NT05 passenger car tires, manufactured between December 14, 2014 and August 1, 2015, do not meet the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 139, and has filed a report as required by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
