U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Accept Electronic Information from Importers
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has confirmed that U.S. Customs and Border Protection will accept electronic information from importers, following an interim final rule published on September 2, 2015, which was not changed after receiving no comments.
