DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Interim Rule to Implement Equal Employment Opportunity Amendments to Federal Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued an interim rule to implement Executive Order 13672, which amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to enhance equal employment opportunity in the federal government, following a final rule issued by the Department of Labor (DOL).
