GSA Submits Request to OMB for Review of Contract Financing Form

The General Services Administration (GSA) is submitting a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement and the reinstatement of GSA Form 1142, Release of Claims, for final payment under construction and building services contracts. This form was inadvertently deleted as part of the rewrite of the GSA Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) on Contract Financing.
