DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Adjust Acquisition-Related Thresholds for Inflation

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by adjusting acquisition-related dollar thresholds to account for inflation, as mandated by a statute that requires such adjustments every five years.
