Federal Acquisition Regulation; Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces; Second Extension of Time for Comments

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have extended the comment period for a proposed rule to implement the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order, which aims to improve contractor compliance with labor laws and increase efficiency in federal contracting. The new deadline for submitting comments is August 26, 2015.
