DOD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Final Rule on Equal Employment Opportunity in Federal Government

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have adopted a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement Executive Order 13672, which builds upon Executive Orders 11478 and 11246, aimed at enhancing equal employment opportunities in the federal government.
