DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Interim Rule on Sole Source Contracts for Women-Owned Small Businesses

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and allow sole source contracts for economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses and women-owned small businesses eligible under the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program.
