USTR Initiates Arbitration Proceedings Over Guatemala's Labor Law Enforcement

The Office of the United States Trade Representative has started a dispute settlement process with Guatemala over the country's failure to enforce its labor laws, as required by the CAFTA-DR agreement, following a U.S. request.
