US Customs Publishes 2015 Import Statistics for Competitive Need Limitations (CNLs) Under GSP Program

The US Customs has released import statistics for the first nine months of 2015, showing some articles may exceed statutory CNLs under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) program. Interested parties can use this data to decide whether to submit a petition to waive CNLs for individual beneficiary developing countries with respect to specific GSP-eligible articles.
