Epson Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

Epson Portland Inc., Epson America, Inc., and Seiko Epson Corporation have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging patent infringement by certain companies importing ink cartridges and components into the US, and selling them domestically. They seek an investigation and potential exclusion orders to cease infringement.
