U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337 in Certain Multiple Mode Outdoor Grills and Parts Thereof

The U.S. International Trade Commission has made a final determination finding The Brinkmann Corporation, Outdoor Leisure Products, Inc., Dongguan Kingsun Enterprises Co., Ltd., Academy, Ltd., and Ningbo Huige Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. in violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 for importing and selling certain multiple mode outdoor grills and parts without permission, and has issued cease and desist orders and a limited exclusion order to stop the infringement.
