U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Non-Volatile Memory Devices Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling by an administrative law judge that ended an investigation into certain non-volatile memory devices and products, following a settlement agreement. The investigation was terminated for all parties involved.
