USITC Seeks Public Comments on Exclusion Orders and Cease and Desist Orders for Certain Television Sets and Components

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is requesting public comments on the potential issuance of limited exclusion orders and cease and desist orders for certain television sets and components, following a final initial determination on a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
