US Commission Seeks Public Comments on Nokia 3G Handset Investigation

The US Commission is seeking public comments on a Recommended Determination (RD) related to a 2009 investigation into Nokia Corporation and Nokia Inc. regarding a limited exclusion order on certain 3G mobile handsets and components. The RD also recommends a cease and desist order against the companies.
