U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of 3G Mobile Handset Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review in part a final initial determination on remand regarding a potential violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, related to 3G mobile handsets and components.
