U.S. International Trade Commission Receives Complaint Over Lip Balm Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint from eos Products, LLC and The Kind Group LLC, alleging that certain lip balm products infringe on a U.S. patent (US Patent No. 8,888,391) and requesting an investigation into the matter.
