US Commission Launches Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations into Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Korea, Mexico, and Turkey

The US International Trade Commission has initiated investigations into heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes imported from Korea, Mexico, and Turkey, alleging they are sold at below fair value and subsidized by the Turkish government, with a preliminary determination due by September 4, 2015.
