USITC Decides Not to Review Ninebot Operations Following Settlement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial decision terminating the operations of Ninebot (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd, Ninebot Inc. (USA), and PowerUnion (Beijing) Tech Co., Ltd, following a settlement agreement. The Commission has also updated the corporate name of Ninebot Inc. (China) to Ninebot (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd.
