US Commission Launches Antidumping Investigation into Indian Welded Stainless Steel Pressure Pipe Imports

The US International Trade Commission has initiated investigations into Indian welded stainless steel pressure pipe imports, alleging they are subsidized by the Indian government and sold at below fair value in the US market, with a preliminary determination deadline of November 16, 2015.
