US Customs Commission Recommends Tariff Nomenclature Changes

The US Customs Commission has recommended modifications to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule in Chapters 3, 44, and 63, following World Customs Organization (WCO) adoption of certain changes in 2015, with expected implementation on January 1, 2017, and January 1, 2018, respectively.
