U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Initial Determination in Patent Infringement Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review an initial determination in a patent infringement case, which granted the complainant's motion for a summary determination of violation of Section 337 and made certain modifications to the initial determination.
