U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Baxalta Amendment Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that allows Baxalta, Inc., Baxalta US Inc., and Baxalta GmbH to amend their complaint and investigation without opposition.
