US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Silicomanganese Antidumping Duty Investigation

The US Commission has scheduled the final phase of an antidumping duty investigation into silicomanganese imports from Australia, which were preliminarily determined to be sold at less-than-fair-value, to determine if US industry is materially injured or threatened by these imports.
