U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Lip Balm Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that terminated an investigation into certain lip balm products, following a settlement agreement, and also terminated the investigation for all other respondents due to the withdrawal of a complaint.
