USITC Investigation into Blood Cholesterol Test Strips and Associated Systems Containing Same

Polymer Technology Systems, Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain blood cholesterol test strips and associated systems infringe on a U.S. patent. The complaint seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
