FeraDyne Outdoors LLC and Out RAGE LLC File Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent and Trademark Infringement

FeraDyne Outdoors LLC and Out RAGE LLC have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on their patents and trademark. The complaint, filed on November 17, 2015, and supplemented on December 4, 2015, claims that these companies are importing and selling arrowheads with deploying blades and components, which infringe on several U.S. patents and a trademark registration.
