USPTO Seeks to Revise Prefatory Statement Under Privacy Act of 1974
The USPTO is updating its prefatory statement to reflect changes in existing uses and incorporate new ones, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, following a revision published in the Federal Register on December 31, 1981.
