USPTO Corrects Patent Trial Rule Error

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has corrected an error in its 2016 rule revising trial practice for certain patent cases, including inter partes review and post-grant review, which were implemented under the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (AIA).
