USPTO to Accept PCT Applications Prepared with WIPO's ePCT System
The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will start accepting international patent applications prepared electronically with WIPO's ePCT system, which allows users to generate a validated PCT Request and submit it electronically to the USPTO as part of an international application.
