USPTO Proposes Changes to Trademark Examination Rules

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is proposing to amend its rules to improve the accuracy and integrity of the trademark register by requiring additional information and proof of use for affidavits or declarations of continued use or excusable nonuse in trademark cases.
