Request for Comments on the Extended Missing Parts Pilot Program

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public comment on whether to make permanent the Extended Missing Parts Pilot Program, which allows applicants to delay paying certain fees for up to 12 months, or to let it expire on December 31, 2016.
