USPTO Corrects Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Rules of Practice

The United States Patent and Trademark Office published a final rule in the Federal Register on October 7, 2016, which will take effect on January 14, 2017, revising the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board's rules of practice, addressing errors in cross-references, foreign testimony, and depositions, as well as cross-appeals and cross-actions.
