FHFA Revises Emergency Notification System in Compliance with Privacy Act of 1974

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is revising its Emergency Notification System (FHFA-14) in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, to add new information, change its location, and update its routine uses. The revised system will be used to maintain emergency contact information for FHFA employees and contractor personnel, and provide high-speed message delivery in response to threat alerts and other critical situations.
