FHFA Proposes Rule to Regulate Indemnification Payments to Entity-Affiliated Parties

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is issuing a proposed rule to establish standards for identifying whether certain indemnification payments by regulated entities are prohibited or permissible in connection with administrative proceedings or civil actions instituted by FHFA.
