CPSC Requests OMB Review to Extend Approval of Safety Standard for Walk-Behind Power Lawn Mowers

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is requesting OMB review to extend the approval of a collection of information for testing and recordkeeping requirements in the Safety Standard for Walk-Behind Power Lawn Mowers. The CPSC submitted the request after publishing a notice in the Federal Register on November 25, 2015, and received a comment from the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute (OPEI) stating that the estimated burden is likely underestimated.
