Consumer Product Safety Commission Requests Comments on Proposed Extension of Approval for Information Collection

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of approval for collecting information from individuals involved in or witnessing incidents related to consumer products, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The Commission will review all comments before deciding whether to request an extension of approval from the Office of Management and Budget.
