CPSC Requests Comments on Proposed Extension of Third-Party Conformity Assessment Body Registration Form Approval

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is requesting public comments on a proposed extension of approval for a third-party conformity assessment body registration form, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The CPSC will consider all comments before submitting a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for an extension of this information collection.
