FHA to Expand Mortgage Options for Rural Homebuyers Under New Rule

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is set to expand mortgage options for homebuyers in rural areas under a new rule aimed at increasing lending practices in these communities, following the passage of the Helping Expand Lending Practices in Rural Communities Act in 2015.
