Bureau Reopens Comment Period for Proposed Mortgage Servicing Rule Amendments

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is reopening the comment period for proposed amendments to mortgage servicing provisions in Regulation X and Regulation Z, which were initially published in 2014. The Bureau is seeking feedback on a report summarizing consumer testing of sample periodic statement forms for consumers in bankruptcy.
