Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Proposes Amendments to Disclosure of Records and Information

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is proposing changes to its procedures for responding to Freedom of Information Act requests and Privacy Act inquiries, as well as updates to its rule on handling confidential information obtained from individuals in connection with consumer financial law enforcement actions.
