Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Issues Final Rule for Prepaid Account Protections

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is releasing a final rule to enhance consumer protections for prepaid accounts, including disclosures, error resolution, and overdraft credit features, under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and the Truth in Lending Act.
