FCC Adopts Consolidated Service Rules for 758-769 and 788-799 MHz Bands

The Federal Communications Commission has adopted a Second Report and Order establishing service rules for the 758-769 and 788-799 MHz bands, which are licensed to the First Responder Network Authority for a nationwide public safety broadband network. The rules also lift equipment certification suspension and direct the Office of Engineering and Technology to begin certification.
