FCC to Review Petition by LeSEA Broadcasting to Return WHME-TV to Channel 48

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is considering a petition by LeSEA Broadcasting of South Bend, Inc. to return WHME-TV, channel 48, to its original channel 48 in South Bend, Indiana, after the FCC previously assigned channel 46 to the station in 2010.
