Media Bureau Denies Petition for Reconsideration of Kona Coast Radio's FM Allotment Request, Affirms Kemp Communications' and Big D Consulting's Allotments

The Media Bureau has rejected Kona Coast Radio's request to reconsider its dismissal of a petition for a new FM allotment at Kahuku, Hawaii, as Kona failed to demonstrate error with the staff's decision. The Bureau has also approved allotments for Kemp Communications' and Big D Consulting's new FM allotments at Kualapuu, Hawaii, and a minor modification application, respectively.
