Federal Communications Commission Proposes Extension of Jurisdictional Separations Freeze

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on a proposal to extend the freeze on jurisdictional separations category relationships and cost allocation factors in its rules for three years, through June 30, 2017, and to create a filing window for rate-of-return incumbent LECs to request waivers.
